“The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was super friendly. They don’t allow tattooed people to use the onsen unless you cover them, but the girl at the reception, who was super nice, help me putting the tape on my tattoos and I was able to use the onsen. Good position, close to the Matsumoto Castle and 10 minutes walk from the station. Recommended!”

“Great location! Amazing staff!”

“Ottimi servizi”

Camere pulite e spaziose.”

“If you take one of the rooms at the 12th-13th floor, you can enjoy for free the Business Lounge at the 11th floor”

Personale cordiale e disponibile. Per chi giunge in auto, comodo parcheggio all'aperto dell'albergo o uno coperto a poca distanza convenzionato. ”

“Hotel curato e pulito, personale molto gentile e posizione comoda!”

“This is a quality hotel. It is more utilitarian. It is not a high end hotel but it doesn’t pretend to be.”

“Great location nearby the train station, very clean (no shoes policy in the premises) nice customer service! ”
